AHA ACLS Blended Learning
Welcome to our virtual Skills Demonstration service, where you can learn ACLS skills in the comfort of your own home! To participate, you will need to download Google Meets and have access to the required equipment, including an Adult Manikin with feedback device, and an Adult Ventilation Device. Don't worry if you don't have the equipment, as we offer Equipment Rental for most purchases, both local and out-of-state.
If you're having trouble accessing the required equipment, we recommend reaching out to your local Fire Department or Medical Facility to inquire about loaner equipment. If that doesn't work, we're happy to help you with shipment options to your location. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
This is a Blended Learning service that includes the ACLS Heartcode link to complete the required Online portion unless you deselect it at the check out cart. Once you make your purchase, we will process out otder within the next business day and send you an Information and Instructions email with the link to complete the Online Portion. Please note that purchases made on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. It's important to complete the online portion before your scheduled Skills Demonstration.
If you have a prior AHA Online Portion Account, please use that email address to create your profile when booking this service. If you do not have a prior AHA Online Portion Account, the email address used to book this service will be the email address to use to create your AHA Online Portion Account when activating the Online Portion Link. Be sure to complete the survey to gain access to your certificate. Failure to provide the certificate of completion prior to the Skills Demonstration will be deemed as a "No Show," and a $50 rescheduling fee will be required to reschedule.
Please note that local purchases are those made within a 30-mile radius of one of our 2 locations: 410 Sovereign Court, Suite 4, Ballwin, Missouri 63011 and 111 Westport Plaza Dr, Suite 600, St. Louis, Missouri 63146. Out-of-state purchases are those made outside of this 30-mile radius.

However, there are specific terms and conditions related to our virtual services that we want to bring to your attention to ensure a clear understanding of the service agreement.
Verification Process: For virtual services leading to certification, it is mandatory to verify the legitimacy of the service directly with CPR R US or the relevant network through which certification will be obtained. This verification ensures that your certification is authentic and recognized by the appropriate authorities.
Unauthorization and Refund Policy: Please be aware that virtual services can be subject to unauthorized usage at any given time without prior notice. In the unfortunate event that the virtual service becomes unauthorized, we will take immediate action to address the situation. If a virtual service is deemed unauthorized, a full refund for the service will be issued to the affected parties.
Refund Eligibility: While we are committed to providing refunds for unauthorized virtual services, it's important to note that certain elements are not eligible for refunds:
- Online Portion: The online portion of the course, which typically includes digital training materials and instructional content, is not eligible for a refund.
- Course Material: Any downloadable or access-restricted course material associated with the virtual service is also non-refundable.
