1. Rental Process: a) Customers can place an equipment rental order by contacting CPR R US and paying the required deposit. b) There are two options for delivery: Local Delivery (within 30 miles of Maryland Heights or Ballwin locations) or Out of State Delivery (delivery beyond 30 miles). c) The equipment rental provider is responsible for returning the equipment. Each delivery option has its own process for return.

  2. Local Delivery: a) A $125 deposit is required for local delivery, along with a nonrefundable service fee of $50. b) The $75 deposit amount will be refunded within 24 hours of the pickup. c) There is a $25 cancellation fee. d) This service is for local customers within a 30-mile radius of Maryland Heights or Ballwin locations. e) The equipment will be delivered within 24-48 hours prior to the skills session. f) The equipment must be scheduled for pickup within 24 hours of the virtual skills session or the next business day. g) If the equipment is held longer than 48 hours (excluding weekends), a fee of 5% of the expected deposit will be charged for each day the equipment is held. h) If the provider schedules a pickup, and the CPR R US team is unable to retrieve equipment at the scheduled time, there will be an additional $25 fee for a second pickup.

  3. Out of State Delivery: a) The deposit for out of state delivery is $190, minus an $80 round-trip shipping fee and a $25 handling fee. b) The equipment rental order will be processed within 24 hours of payment during weekdays. If the order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed on the next business day. c) The shipment will arrive within 3 business days. d) The equipment rental provider will receive a return label in the box, which should be used to return the equipment after the skills session has been completed. e) The equipment can be returned to the nearest FedEx location, and the confirmation number should be presented to CPR R US to receive a same-day e-card delivery. f) The provider's e-card will be released by the instructor upon verification of the confirmation of the return of equipment. g) The deposit of $190 minus the round-trip shipping fee and handling fee will be refunded within 24 hours or the next business day of the receipt of the equipment. h) If the delivery of equipment is delayed to the candidate, CPR R US will allow a courtesy rescheduled skills session appointment.

  4. General: a) Any damage to the equipment will result in a fee charged to the equipment rental provider. b) If the equipment is not returned within the given time frame, it will result in a penalty fee charged to the equipment rental provider. c) CPR R US reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the rental policy or behaves inappropriately.
